LED Strips for Cornhole Board

If you’re looking for an alternative option when it comes to lights for your cornhole board, you might consider a set of LED Strips. These LED strips are attached to the border of your cornhole board and allow you to illuminate the board as a whole. Like the cornhole lanterns, these lights also come in a variety of different colors.

One of the cons to these lights is the way they are placed. Depending on what kind of cornhole board you have, your LED strips might not light up the board as bright as you want it to be.

The reason for this is you cannot place the lights on top of the board as they will interfere with game play. Due to this, these lights are often placed around the side of the board. A few sets also come with a smaller LED strip for your cornhole board’s hole as well.

When it comes to installing your cornhole board lights the process can vary depending on which light structure you have chosen. If you are using the cornhole lantern which goes on the inside of the cornhole board’s hole, the process only is quite simple.

Each set of cornhole board lights come with 5 screws, 3 for the light and 2 for the battery pack. Simply use a screwdriver or low impact drill and screw your cornhole board light in around the hole. After you have attached the ring, attach the small battery pack on a lower part of the board so the cord does not have any slack, causing it to hang.

Put your batteries into the battery pack, flip the on switch, and there you have it. An awesome set of cornhole boards that you can use to play at night and all of your guests will be asking about. See the video below to see a first hand account on how to install your cornhole lanterns.

The process of setting up LED strips on your board is obviously much different than a cornhole board light. Majority of the time these strips have a sticky side to them that allows you to stick them to your cornhole board. Simply place the LED strips in the position you would like and connect them to the battery pack.

You will need a screwdriver or low impact drill to install the battery packs on the boards. These battery packs are not waterproof so it is important to not allow them to get wet. These LED lights can come in one color or with the option to switch between colors.
